Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 25 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to register. By registering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're genuinely seeking a serious relationship, not casual dating or another purpose.

2. How the Service Works

• Registration and your 1-on-1 interview are always free.
• We review every registration and may accept or decline it at our discretion.
• After your interview, we'll work on your first match for free. An active membership is required for any matches after that — see our Membership page for current pricing.
• Once we identify a candidate we believe is a good fit, we may share your profile with them — free for your first match, and requiring an active membership for any match after that. If you're both interested, we schedule and host a facilitator-led introduction.
• We do not guarantee a match, an introduction, or any relationship outcome. Matching depends on the pool of candidates available at any given time.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Membership Fees

Membership payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Fees are described on our Membership page and are subject to change with notice.

You may cancel this contract, for a full refund, at any time before midnight of the 3rd business day after the date of purchase, as provided under North Carolina's Prepaid Entertainment Contracts Act (N.C. Gen. Stat. §§ 66-118 through 66-125). To cancel, use the cancel option in your dashboard or contact us in writing — no reason is required. After that window, cancellation stops future billing, but the payment already made isn't refunded, unless your cancellation is due to a long-term disability or relocating more than 30 miles away — in either case, North Carolina law entitles you to a pro-rata refund of at least 90% of the cost of your unused time, processed within 30 days. Select that reason when you cancel from your dashboard, or contact us if you've already cancelled.

5. Your Conduct

By using the Service, you agree to our Code of Conduct, and specifically agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information about yourself.
• Harass, threaten, or behave inappropriately toward another user or our facilitators.
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, advertising, or any purpose other than seeking a genuine relationship.
• Share another participant's personal information without their consent.
• Attempt to circumvent our matching process or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe, in good faith, that you've violated these Terms or the Code of Conduct.

6. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the photos, BioData/resume, and other content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Satvik Milan a license to use it solely to operate the Service — for example, showing your profile photo to a proposed match, or using your BioData to help our matchmakers evaluate compatibility. We won't use your content for marketing without your separate permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do our best to make thoughtful matches, but we can't control the actions, intentions, or accuracy of information provided by other participants. You're responsible for exercising your own judgment and caution, including during video calls with a facilitator or a match.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Satvik Milan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including outcomes of introductions or relationships formed through it.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or the Code of Conduct.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
