Our Commitment

Satvik Milan is a facilitator-led matchmaking service built on real conversations — a 1-on-1 interview and a facilitator-hosted introduction, not anonymous swiping. That only works if everyone who participates treats it, and each other, with respect. This Code of Conduct applies to every interaction on Satvik Milan: your registration, your interview, your introduction, and any messages exchanged through the Service.

What We Expect

• •Provide accurate, honest information about yourself in your registration and interview
• •Treat facilitators and other participants with respect and courtesy
• •Show up on time for scheduled interviews and introductions, or give reasonable notice if you can't
• •Keep video on during interviews and introductions, as expected for the format
• •Communicate honestly about your interest level after a match or introduction
• •Respect the privacy and boundaries of the people you're matched with

Not Allowed

• •Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior of any kind
• •Misrepresenting your identity, relationship status, age, or intentions
• •Sharing another participant's contact information or photos without their consent
• •Using the Service for commercial solicitation, advertising, or recruiting
• •Requesting or sending money from another participant
• •Any behavior during a video call that would be inappropriate in a professional or public setting

Reporting a Concern

If something happens during an interview, an introduction, or any interaction on Satvik Milan that makes you uncomfortable or violates this Code of Conduct, please tell us right away through our Contact page. We take every report seriously and will follow up directly with you.

Consequences

Participants who violate this Code of Conduct may receive a warning, have a match or introduction cancelled, or be permanently removed from Satvik Milan, at our discretion, without a refund of any membership fee already paid.
